With Dave, we are conveniently located in Ucluelet's
inner harbor. We've had 30 years of experience
fishing throughout BC and in particular the west
coast areas of Vancouver Island. We know all of the
fishing hotspots close to Ucluelet, BC. Some of our
favorite west coast Vancouver Island hotspots are
The Big Bank, Wreak, Big gully, The Shallows, 7
mile, S W Corner, and other place the bank has to
offer. West Coast Vancouver Island has some of the
worlds finest saltwater fishing. We catch Salmon
from 5 to 55 pounds and Halibut from 15 to 200
pounds! On West Coast Vancouver Island, Halibut
fishing begins in May and goes through until
September, feeder springs can be found all year
round. The main run starts during the month of May
and lasts throughout the summer. Coho show up in
June and lasts through until September with Northern
still around in October. Pink and Sockeye can be
found around west coast Vancouver Island in late
July and throughout August.
